Cody Lockwood
Lockwood Capital’s Manager, Cody Lockwood, has been operating in investment real estate for more than a decade. His areas of exposure range from property management and transactional brokerage to personal investment and private syndication. As the primary steward of LCap, Cody is the tip of the spear in the sourcing, acquisition, management, and disposition of assets and will be relentless in pursuit of Lockwood Capital's mission.

Luke Owens-Bragg
Luke Owens-Bragg co-founded Lockwood Capital and has been engaged in investment sales since 2005. In that time, he has participated in activities ranging from deal sourcing, fundraising, underwriting, transactions, & fund administration. Luke’s day-to-day responsibilities for the company revolve around investor-partner relations and back-end administration of LCap and its various offerings.
Prior to business endeavors, Luke played in the Minor Leagues with the Tampa Bay Rays and earned his business degree from the University of Texas | San Antonio. Luke resides in San Antonio with his beautiful wife and their 3 children.
